1About these terms

These terms apply to the websites run by Online Guide Association, including onlineguideassociation.com and onlineguideassociation.org ("the site"). By using the site, contacting us or booking a tour through us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2Who we are

Online Guide Association is a tourism and digital services organisation based in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We connect travelers with licensed local guides, publish travel information, and help local tourism businesses be found online.

3Using the site

You may read, share and link to the site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• post or send anything false, unlawful, hateful or misleading;
• copy the site's content in bulk, scrape it or resell it;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• pretend to be someone else, including a guide or business.

4Tours, guides and bookings

Prices and routes shown on the site are a guide. A tour is confirmed only when you and the guide agree the date, meeting point, route and price in writing (for example on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, or in a booking confirmation).

• Temple passes, entrance tickets, meals and transport are not included unless the confirmation says so.
• Payment, deposit and cancellation terms are those stated in your confirmation. If none are stated, please tell your guide as early as possible if your plans change.
• Guides may change a route for safety, weather, closures or crowds, and will tell you why.
• Please follow temple dress codes and site rules, and respect monks, villagers and local customs.

5Business listings and promotion

Businesses that list or promote with us must give true information and have the right to use any photos and text they send. We may edit, decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate, out of date or against these terms. Paid promotion and marketing services follow the price and scope agreed in writing.

6Community content

Community accounts, posts and photos are created on oga.asia and follow its rules. When a note or photo is featured on our sites, it stays the work of the person who shared it; by sharing it you let Online Guide Association show it, with credit, to help other travelers. We may remove content that is false, copied or disrespectful.

7Ask OGAICE assistant

Ask OGAICE gives automatic answers to help you plan. Answers can be incomplete or out of date — opening hours, ticket prices and travel rules change. Please confirm anything important with a guide or an official source before you rely on it.

8Content and trademarks

The text, photos, logos and design of the site belong to Online Guide Association or to the people who gave us permission to use them. Please ask before reusing them.

9Other websites

The site links to other websites and apps, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, maps, partner businesses and oga.asia. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

10Responsibility

We work hard to keep information accurate, but the site is provided "as is". Travel involves some risk — heat, steps, uneven ground and road travel. Please look after your health, carry travel insurance and follow your guide's safety advice. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for things outside our reasonable control.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Bookings already confirmed keep the terms agreed at the time.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. We will always try to solve a problem by talking first.
