1Who is responsible

Online Guide Association, Siem Reap, Cambodia, is responsible for the information collected on onlineguideassociation.com and onlineguideassociation.org. Community accounts on oga.asia are covered by that site's own privacy notice.

2What we collect

• Messages and trip requests — your name, contact details, travel dates, group size and what you would like to see.
• Bookings and orders — what you booked, billing details and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
• Ask OGAICE — the questions you type, so the assistant can answer and improve. Please do not type passport or card numbers.
• Business listings — business name, contact person, address, photos and description.
• Technical data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and cookies (see below).

3How we use it

• to answer your messages and plan, confirm and run your tour;
• to process bookings, payments and listings;
• to keep the site working, safe and free of spam;
• to understand which pages help travelers, so we can improve them;
• to send updates only if you asked for them — you can stop at any time.

4Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only when needed:

• with the guide, driver, hotel or business who will serve you;
• with service providers who run parts of the site for us — hosting, email, payments, maps, messaging apps and analytics;
• when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

5Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser keeps. We use necessary cookies (for example a booking cart or sign-in) and, where used, analytics and advertising cookies from services such as Google, which help us count visits and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without analytics cookies.

6How long we keep it

We keep messages and trip details as long as needed to serve you and handle any follow-up, and booking records as long as accounting rules require. Then we delete or anonymise them.

7Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it for updates. Send your request using the contact details below; we reply as soon as we can, normally within 30 days.

8Children

The site is meant for adults planning travel. Trips for families are booked by a parent or guardian.

9Security and transfers

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and limit who can see your information. Some of our service providers store data outside Cambodia; we choose providers that protect it properly.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
